Host Institution: Tennessee Wesleyan College and the Kingsport Visitors and Convention Bureau
Format: Ten team double-elimination following the SEC Baseball Tournament format.
Tiebreaker: Winning percentage, head-to-head, and record against rest of Conference Teams.
Qualification for National Tournament: First bid to the Regular Season Champion; second bid to the Tournament Champion; if the Tournament Champion is also the Regular Season Champion, then the Tournament Runner-up will receive the second bid.
NCAA and NAIA rules are to be used during tournament play.
All protests will be submitted immediately to the Sport Chair, and then if not satisfactorily resolved, to the Commissioner.
During post-season, only the players listed on the 24-man roster will be allowed to dress and play.
Bracket: The bracket will be updated after play is finished each day.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) is proud to announce a partnership with its Digital Media Partner JumpTV to exclusively stream live video and audio of the 2009 Avista-NAIA World Series from May 22-29 in Lewiston, Idaho. The 53rd annual event is hosted by Lewis-Clark State (Idaho) College. In all, there are 19 games scheduled to be played from Harris Field in a double-elimination format. The 10-team bracket will be announced on Saturday, May 16.
