WALESKA, Ga. -- The Reinhardt College baseball team swept an Appalachian Athletic Conference doubleheader with the visiting Virginia Intermont College Cobras on Saturday at Ken White Baseball Field. Reinhardt won the first game 5-1, giving Bill Popp his 300th career victory as a collegiate head coach. Popp, also the athletic director at Reinhardt, then made it No. 301 when the Eagles picked up an 11-5 win in game two.

     
Popp earned 167 of his wins while serving as the head coach at NCAA Division III Oglethorpe University in Atlanta. He is now in his sixth year at the helm of the Eagles.
 
Reinhardt is 11-11 overall and 4-5 in AAC play this season.
