ASHEVILLE, N.C. - Bryan (Tenn.) captured both the Appalachian Athletic Conference Men's and Women's Track Athlete honors as Bryson Harper and Alysia Lindsay received the awards, the league announced Monday.

Harper, a junior from Pikeville, Tenn., raced to a third place finish in 3:51.63 to replace his school best mark in the men's 1500-meter event at the Stan Lyons Invitational.

Lindsay, a sophomore from Spring City, Tenn., reset the Bryan women's 5000-meter record crossing the line at 18:52.89, placing 19th in the 42-person section at the Lyons Invite.
