Wright earns All-American Honors

JOHNSON CITY, TN (March 11, 2006) --- Milligan College senior Chris Wright (Ocean City, Md.) ran a 8:31.66 to finish sixth in the 3,000 meters at the NAIA National Indoor Track and Field Championships held this weekend at the Memorial Center at East Tennessee State University.

With a top six finish, Wright earned All-American honors.

With his time of 8:31, he set a new Milligan record and beat his previous personal best in the 3,000 meters.

This is the second time Wright earned All-American Indoor Track and Field honors in the 3,000 meters. As a sophomore he ran a personal best of 8:37.
