Jim Henderson is a Canadian professional baseball pitcher for the Milwaukee Brewers of Major League Baseball. Henderson started his career at Tennessee Wesleyan College in 2003 in the outfield, before moving to the mound and being drafted in the 26^th round by the Montreal Expos.

Henderson made his professional debut in 2003 playing for the Rookie League GCL Expos and the Class A (Short Season) Vermont Expos. He played all of 2004 with Vermont. In 2005, Henderson played for the Class A Savannah Sand Gnats. He returned to Savannah in 2006 in addition to pitching for the Class A-Advanced Potomac Nationals. He was selected by the Chicago Cubs in the 2006 Rule 5 draft. He split the 2007 and 2008 season with their Double-A Tennessee Smokies and Triple-A Iowa Cubs. Henderson signed a minor league contract with the Brewers in 2009. He played the majority of that season with the Class A Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, but also played for the Class A-Advanced Brevard County Manatees and Double-A Huntsville Stars. Henderson played the entire 2010 season with Huntsville. In 2011, he split the season between Huntsville and the Triple-A Nashville Sounds.

For his Minor League career, Henderson is 40-35 with a 3.96 ERA and a 1.32 WHIP. He has fanned 492 batters in his career up to this point. This season in Nashville may have been his best so far, where he has gone 4-3 in 48 innings of relief with 56 strikeouts and holding opposing batters to a .214 average.

On July 26, 2012, he earned his first call-up to the major leagues, being called up by the Brewers. The Brewers face off with the Washington Nationals tonight and you may see the former Bulldog make an appearance.
