ASHEVILLE, N.C. - Shelby Harp of Union is the Appalachian Athletic Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week, the league announced.

The freshman from Bowling Green, Ky., placed 13th out of 54 runners at the Berea College Invitational. Her time of 21:47 is the fifth-best individual time in Lady Bulldog program history.

Union's next meet is Sept. 29 when it competes in the Greater Louisville Classic.
