
ASHEVILLE, N.C. - Milligan captured the 2012 Appalachian Athletic Conference men's soccer regular-season championship and will enter the 2012 AAC Tournament as the No. 1 seed thanks to finishing with a 7-1 league record.
This is the second year in a row the Buffaloes won the men's soccer regular-season title.
Milligan will open tournament play Saturday when it plays host to the winner of the opening round game between No. 9 Point and No. 8 Montreat, which will be played Wednesday at 4 p.m. in Montreat, N.C.
