The AAC has announced the Runners of the Week for the week of September 16th.
Tennessee Wesleyan's Laura Womac (JR) raced to the individual championship at the Oglethorpe Invitational, covering the five kilometer distance in 20:41.
Milligan's Will Frye (SO) led his team to a sixth place finish at the WesternCarolina Open, finishing with a time of 21:33 for the four mile course.
