The AAC has announced the Runners of the Week.
Virginia Intermont's David Cheromei finished 5th at the Paul Short Run, while covering the 8k distance in a league leading 24:12.
Virginia Intermont's Renata Volf had a solid performance placing 11th in the women's competition at the Paul Short Run, finishing the 6k race in 22:15.
