ASHEVILLE, N.C. - WVU Tech is picked to win the 2017-18 Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Swimming & Diving championship, according to the coaches' poll released Friday.
WVU Tech won the 2017 title as it compiled 663 total points, edging Asbury which finished with 609 points.
Receiving six out of seven first-place votes, WVU Tech tallied 41 total voting points. Asbury collected the remaining first-place vote and amassed 36 voting points. Union rounds out the top three with Milligan, St. Andrews, and Point making up the rest of the field.
The AAC Men's Swimming & Diving Championship meet is set for Feb. 8-10 in Kingsport, Tenn.
