Summer
Stout has resigned her position as head women's basketball coach at
Montreat College. She served in the capacity for over two and a half
years. Coach Stout has accepted the head coaching position at her alma
mater Trinity International in Chicago, IL.
"It
is with mixed feelings that we say good-bye to Summer" says Montreat
Athletic Director, Jonathan Bennett. "She stepped into a difficult
situation and made the most of her time here. I am excited that she
now has the opportunity to coach in a place closer to home. We hate to
see her go, but understand the great opportunity she currently has. I
wish her the best of luck."
