In the winner's bracket finals, number three seed Union took the first set 25-22.

King, the regular-season champs and top seed took the next two sets with scores of 25-18 in both. King finished the match with a 25-20 win in the fourth.

Union moved into the losers' bracket final scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday.

The Lady Bulldogs will play the winner between Bryan College and Montreat College. The two play at 9 a.m.

King reserved a spot in the AAC Championship match at 2 p.m.
