NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Curtis Dixon (1,503 career points) and Coryon Ross (1,021 career points) each surpassed milestone point totals on Friday night versus Trevecca Nazarene.

In '08-'09, Dixon is averaging 15.5 points per game, while shooting a team-high 54 percent from the field.
Dixon's
career-high point total came this season at Mountain State University
on Nov. 25 when he poured in 35 against the 2nd-ranked team in NAIA
Division-I.
Dixon
-- who ranks third on the team in rebounding at 4.7 per game -- has
been a potent scorer ever since he set foot on the BC campus and his
career average of 16.1 ppg reflects that consistency.
Dixon
has made an astounding 204 three-point field goals during his career
and has been successful on 40 percent of his attempts from behind the
arc.
Ross
-- a 6'3 senior from St. Petersburg, Fla. -- netted 28 points to lead
Bluefield past Trevecca as the Rams (ranked 19th in NAIA D-II) picked
up their seventh win of the season.
Ross is averaging 19.1 points per game this season, which leads BC.
After
receiving limited playing time as a freshman, Ross -- who has averaged
11 points per game during his career -- has increased his point average each of his four seasons with the Rams.
He exploded for a career-high 35 points on Nov. 19 at home versus Virginia Intermont.
Ross
has proven to be quite versatile on the basketball floor, as he is
pulling down 5.9 (2nd on team) rebounds per game in '08-'09 and
averages a team-high 2.5 steals per contest.
Ross
is shooting 47 percent from the field this season, while connecting on
39 percent of 3-point attempts and hitting 78 percent from the foul
line.
