
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Union College slipped to 41st in the latest edition of the NAIA Volleyball Coaches' Top 25 poll, release Tuesday by the organization.
Union, at 7-2 overall, garnered three points in the poll. Last week, the Lady Bulldogs were in a tie for 40th thanks to seven points. Union won all three matches last week, however the squad still moved down in the rankings. The Lady Bulldogs share the spot with Jamestown (N.D.) College.
The top four teams remained the same with Fresno Pacific (Calif.) University at the top thanks to all 24 first-place votes. Concordia (Calif.) University, California Baptist University and Columbia (Mo.) College held onto spots two to four, respectively. Georgetown (Ky.) College improved a spot to round out the Top-5.
The Lady Bulldogs will play at Bryan (Tenn.) College in the squad's first road Appalachian Athletic Conference match of the season Tuesday at 7 p.m.
The next poll will be released Sept. 29.
