Former men's basketball player Kyle Terry has returned to Bryan College this fall, but will no longer be playing for Head Coach Don Rekoske. We are proud to announce that Terry has been hired on as Coach Rekoske's assistant for 2009-2010.
"I'm really excited to have Kyle on our staff," commented Coach Rekoske, "Kyle is well respected by all of our players here at Bryan. He is a reliable young man. He has a good understanding of the game and a passion for the profession."
Kyle said, "I enjoyed my time at Bryan as a player. I am excited to come back to help coach and help lead the program towards a conference championship."
Kyle was a sharp shooter and defensive specialist for the Lions during his playing years. In his senior year, he shot 39.6% from beyond the arc. In his sophomore year, he hit his Bryan career high of 7 three pointers in a game against Union College. Terry was also named Academic All-Conference all three years possible, and was an Academic All-American in both his junior and senior years.
