2012 AAC Men's Soccer Tournament

Milligan captured the Appalachian Athletic Conference regular-season championship with a 7-1 conference record.

Bryan is the No. 2 seed since it defeated Tennessee Wesleyan 3-1 during the regular season. Virginia Intermont earned the No. 4 seed by winning 3-2 over Reinhardt during the regular season. Even thought Union, St. Andrews and Montreat each finished with identical 2-5-1 conference records, Union is the No. 6 seed based on having a better goal differential at minus-5. St. Andrews is the No. 7 seed due to winning 1-0 in overtime over Montreat.
