NAIA Internship. The NAIA will launch a redesign of www.NAIA.org
this fall and will showcase, among many other things, content that tells the
NAIA story. To extend the NAIA national office staff and library of feature stories
we've created a Virtual Intern Program. The NAIA is seeking aspiring
journalists, videographers and/or photographers from NAIA schools to help tell
the NAIA story by writing and/or scripting, shooting and editing videos to
showcase multiple sports, subject matters, human interest stories
(student-athletes, coaches, teams, college presidents, Champions of
Character) and much more with a large amount of creative freedom.
Interns will gain valuable job experience as well as an impressive collection
of bylined stories, blog entries, videos and photos. Qualified candidates
should be a versatile and inquisitive writer/producer, equally comfortable
interviewing a student-athlete, coach or college president.
We expect content generated from this program to
benefit and be used on school, conference and NAIA websites and social media
platforms.
