AAC Men
The Bryan College men won the AAC cross country championship on Saturday with a team score of 20. Austin Ellis of Milligan was the individual winner with a time of 26:15.03.  Milligan College was second with a team score of 49.

Bryan will complete in the 2009 NAIA Cross Country Championships on Saturday, November 21, in Vancouver, Washington.


AAC Women
The Milligan College women's cross country team won their seventh straight Appalachian Athletic Conference title Saturday.Gillian Giffen a sophmore from Milligan was the individual winner with a time of 19:01.57.
