Coach’s Comment:   “Amber was hurt most of last season and never really got a chance to show how good of a basketball player she is.  She is being counted on to provide a great deal of interior defense and rebounding to our program once she gets into basketball shape and learns our system.  I look forward to coaching her this season.  Depending how quickly she is able to make the transition from volleyball to basketball she has the ability to compete for a starting position.”
