AAC WinWon Baseball Awards Announced
KINGSPORT, Tenn. - The Appalachian Athletic Conference announced the 2025 WinWon Baseball All-AAC Team and Awards on Tuesday.
Daniel Steweart of Tennessee Wesleyan is the Player of the Year, Andrew Herbert of Reinhardt is the Pitcher of the Year, Kolton Reynolds of Tennessee Wesleyan is the Newcomer of the Year, Luke Wilson of Johnson is the Freshman of the Year, and Dave Serrano of Johnson is the Coach of the Year.
The awards were voted on and selected by the baseball coaches of the AAC.
Stewart leads the AAC in RBI (68), while sitting second in average (.442) and tied for third in home runs (18).
Herbert led the league in ERA (1.92), wins (11), and strikeouts (90).
Reynolds sits in the top five in average (.407, fourth), RBI (63, third), and home runs (21, second).
Kelley ranks fifth in the conference in average (.405) and is second in stolen bases (34). He is also fourth in runs scored (55) and has driven in 23.
Serrano guided Johnson to a third-place finish during the regular season with a 21-9 conference record.
Seventeen players earned a spot on the All-AAC First Team, with 17 making the second team. Nine players made the Gold Glove Team. Dozens were honored as All-Academic Team and Champions of Character Team accolades.
