AAC Baseball Awards Announced

KINGSPORT, Tenn. - The Appalachian Athletic Conference announced the 2026 Baseball All-AAC Team and Awards on Tuesday.

Allan Gil Fernandez of Tennessee Wesleyan is the Player of the Year and the Newcomer of the Year, Canyon Geren of Milligan is the Pitcher of the Year, Denajh Wilson of Bryan is the Freshman of the Year, and Skyler Barnett of Milligan is the Coach of the Year.

The awards were voted on and selected by the baseball coaches of the AAC.

Eighteen players earned a spot on the All-AAC First Team, with 17 making the second team. Nine players made the Gold Glove Team. Dozens were honored as All-Academic Team and Champions of Character Team accolades.
