Week 10: AAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week
WALESKA, Ga. - Elijah White of Bluefield is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Basketball Player of the Week.
The league announced the awards on Monday.
This is the 10th edition of the awards for the 2022-23 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Jan. 23.
AAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week
Elijah White - Bluefield - Freshman - Virginia Beach, Va.
- Averaged 31.0 points per game in helping Bluefield to a 1-1 record on the week.
- Scored a week-high of 33 points in a 93-88 loss at Union.
- Netted 29 points in a 98-74 win over Kentucky Christian.
- Shot 55.8 percent from the field on the week and made 9-of-21 from 3-point range.
- Had 11 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals as well.
- This is his first weekly honor of the season.
