Week 4: AAC Men's Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week
WALESKA, Ga. - Romeo Brown of Spartanburg Methodist College and Aaron Dewhurst of Bryan are the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Indoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week, the league announced Monday.
This is the fourth edition of the weekly honors for the 2026 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Feb. 9.
AAC Track Athlete of the Week
Romeo Brown - Spartanburg Methodist - Junior
- Finished third in the 60 dash at the Tryon Banked College Invitational.
- Posted a time of 6.86.
- This is his first weekly honor this season.
AAC Field Athletes of the Week
Aaron Dewhurst - Bryan - Freshman
- Placed 10th in the pole vault at the Tryon Banked College Invitational.
- Cleared 4.00 meters, setting a new school record.
- This is his first weekly award this season.
