Paolozzi, Baker Race to Men's Outdoor Field, Track Athlete of the Week Honors

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - Jonathan Paolozzi of Reinhardt and Nathan Baker of Milligan are the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Outdoor Field and Track Athletes of the Week, the league announced Monday.
This is the first edition of the weekly honors for the 2021 season. The next set of awards are to be announced on March 29.
AAC Field Athlete of the Week
Jonathan Paolozzi - Reinhardt - Sr. - Jefferson, Ga.
- Won the hammer throw at the Rams College Invitational with a distance of 51.86 meters.
- Second in the discus with a toss of 42.72 meters.
- This is his first weekly honor this season.
AAC Track Athletes of the Week
Tim Thacker - Milligan - Sr. - Knoxville, Tenn.
- Won the 1500 at the Rams College Invitaional with a NAIA-best time of 3:53.79.
- Won the 5000 with a time of 14:30.60.
- This is his first weekly award this season.
