Week 2: AAC Men's Outdoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week
WALESKA, Ga. - Romeo Brown of Spartanburg Methodist and Trevor Sinard of Milligan are the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Outdoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week, the league announced Monday.
This is the second edition of the weekly honors for the 2026 season. The next set of awards will be announced on March 30.
AAC Track Athlete of the Week
Romeo Brown - Spartanburg Methodist - Junior
- Won the 100 at the 2026 Hampton Inn River City Relays.
- Logged a time of 10.50 seconds, earning him an NAIA 'B' Standard.
- This is his first weekly honor this season.
AAC Field Athletes of the Week
Trevor Sinard - Milligan - Freshman
- Placed second in the discus and fifth in the shot put at the Montreat Open.
- Collected an NAIA 'A' Standard in the discus with a toss of 52.12 meters.
- Had a throw of 14.26 meters in the shot put.
- This is his first weekly award this season.
