Wrestling Championships Gets Underway Friday
MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. - The countdown to the 2026 Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Wrestling Championships is on, as 10 teams battle it out for titles both individual and overall team champions on the campus of St. Thomas in Miami Gardens, Fla., on Friday and Saturday (Feb. 20-21).
The meet gets underway at 12 p.m. on Friday.

The top finisher in each weight class at this national qualifying tournament will receive an automatic berth to the 69th Annual NAIA Wrestling National Championships at the Hearland Credit Union Arena in Wichita, Kan., on March 5-7.
Individual wrestlers can also qualify for the NAIA National Championships by earning at-large bids based on season results, rankings, etc.
Championships will be handed out by weight classes, ranging from 125 pounds to 285.
