Radke, Cronin Collect Softball Pitcher, Player of the Week Nods
ASHEVILLE, N.C. - Reagen Radke of Reinhardt and Katie Cronin of Milligan are the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Softball Pitcher and Player of the Week, the league announced Monday.
This is the third edition of the weekly honors for the 2021 season. The next set of awards will be announced on March 22.
AAC Pitcher of the Week
Reagen Radke - Reinhardt - Jr. - Grayslake, Ill.
- Went 3-0 on the week and posted 0.00 ERA.
- Did not allow a run 19 innings pitched.
- Struck out 30 batters on the week, including 10 in a 10-0, five-inning victory over Montreat.
- Allowed 9 hits and 10 walks on the week.
- This is her second weekly honor this season.
AAC Player of the Week
Katie Cronin - Milligan - Soph. - Greeneville, Tenn.
- Batted .696 (16-for-23) with 7 RBI and 5 runs scored in 6 games last week as Milligan went 6-0.
- Had 4 hits, 1 run scored, and 1 RBI in a 9-5 win over Montreat.
- Had 2 doubles for a .783 slugging percentage.
- Stole 3 bases and walked once.
- This is her first weekly award this season.
