Villhauer, Haas Nab Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week Awards

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - Brook Villhauer of Reinhardt and Clarke Haas of SCAD Savannah are the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Lacrosse Defensive and Offensive Players of the Week, the league announced Monday.

This is the eighth and final edition of the weekly honors for the 2021 season.

AAC Defensive Player of the Week

Brook Villhauer - Reinhardt - Fr. - Woodstock, Ga.

• Had 7 ground balls, 19 draw controls, and 2 caused turnovers as Reinhardt went 2-0 on the week.
• Added 5 goals and 1 assists.
• This is her first weekly award this season.

AAC Offensive Player of the Week

Clarke Haas - SCAD Savannah - Fr. - Pensacola, Fla.

• Scored 16 goals and had 4 assists as SCAD Savannah went 3-0 on the week.
• Added 24 ground balls. 
• Set the program record for goals in a game with 10 in a 25-11 win over Asbury.
• This is her second weekly award this season.
