Week 4: AAC Women's Lacrosse Players of the Week
WALESKA, Ga. - Emma Rittman of Cumberlands and Marlo McBrayer of Truett McConnell are the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Lacrosse Defensive and Offensive Players of the Week, the league announced Monday.
This is the fourth edition of the weekly honors for the 2026 season. The next set of awards will be announced on March 2.
AAC Defensive Player of the Week
Emma Rittman - Cumberlands - Senior
- Recorded 9 ground balls and caused 3 turnovers in helping Cumberlands go 2-0.
- Registered 11 draw controls.
- Also scored 4 goals and dished out 3 assists.
- This is her first weekly award this season.
AAC Offensive Player of the Week
Marlo McBrayer - Truett McConnell - Senior
- Scored 8 goals in a 16-6 win over Greensboro (N.C.).
- Netted her 100th career goal.
- Had 11 ground balls and 3 caused turnovers on the week.
- Registered 2 draw controls.
- This is her first weekly award this season.
