Week 8: AAC Women's Lacrosse Players of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Madison Diaz of Georgetown and Hailey Voss of Georgetown are the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Lacrosse Defensive and Offensive Players of the Week, the league announced Monday.

This is the eighth edition of the weekly honors for the 2026 season. The next set of awards will be announced on April 6.

AAC Defensive Player of the Week
Madison Diaz - Georgetown - Senior 

• Recorded 16 draw controls and 3 ground balls in helping Georgetown to a 24-4 win over Truett McConnell.
• Added 4 goals and 2 assists.
• This is her first weekly award this season.

AAC Offensive Player of the Week
Hailey Voss - Georgetown - Sophomore 

• Collected 6 goals and dished out 2 assists in Georgetown's win over Truett McConnell.
• Had 7 shots on goal.
• Also had 1 draw control.
• This is her first weekly award this season.
