CIU's Johnson Earns NAIA Track Athlete of the Week Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Emma Johnson of Columbia International has been selected NAIA Women's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week. She was selected based on their performances from April 15-21 and out of a pool of nominees from across the country.

Players of the week are announced weekly throughout the regular season on Wednesdays on naia.org, Instagram and Twitter.

• Set Appalachian Athletic Conference Meet records in five events
