Week 3: AAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Carissa Wilson of Bryan is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week, the league announced Monday.
This is the third edition of the weekly honors for the 2025 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Sept. 29.
AAC Women's Runner of the Week
Carissa Wilson - Bryan - Senior
- Finished 5th at the Brevard Classic.
- Posted a 5K time of 19:18.28.
- In a field with NCAA Division I, II, and III runners, she was the top NAIA finisher.
- Recorded a personal best time.
- This is her second weekly award this season.
