Week 6: AAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Carissa Wilson of Bryan is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week, the league announced Monday.

This is the sixth edition of the weekly honors for the 2025 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Oct. 20.

• Set a personal best and a school record at the UAH Chargers Invitational.
• Posted a 6K time of 23:22.81.
• Finished 80th out of 246 runners.
• This is her third weekly award this season.
